PURPOSE:To avoid the magnetic saturation of a contact part by forming the contact part near the operating gap, selecting the area of a coil conductor surrounding the innermost circumference winding twice or above the maximum magnetic path cross section of the upper magnetic film and making the area of the contact part equal to and more than the maximum magnetic path cross sectional area of the upper magnetic film. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic saturation of the contact part 8 caused by the effect of the winding rear part 3b of the coil conductor 3 is avoided by forming the contact part 8 near the operation gap G (that is, a position parted from the winding rear part 3b). When the maximum magnetic path cross sectional area of the upper magnetic film 5 is Sa and the area of the coil conductor 3 surrounded by the innermost circumferential winding (an area surrounded by a winding front part 3a and a winding rear part 3b in 1-turn winding structure) is Sc, the relations of Sc>=2Sa and of Sb>=Sa are established, where Sb is the area of the contact part 8. Thus, the magnetic saturation of the contact part 8 due to the effect of the winding rear part 3b is avoided surely to obtain an excellent in-gap magnetic field. |
