PURPOSE:To enable to simplify the structure of the titled equipment by decreasing the number of valves, by vacuum-extracting an operating liquid from branch tubes by circulating or drawing up part of liquid in a liquid operating part by a control part. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined rate of liquid from a liquid metering tank 22 is fed through a liquid feed tube 23 via a liquid feed valve 24. A plurality of branch tubes 25 are connected to the feed tube 23. Each branch tube 25 is provided with a mouthpiece 25a which detachably connects members such as a heat pipe 2. The heat pipe 2 is charged with liquid through the mouthpiece 25a. A liquid operating part 28 includes a communicating tube 26 for vacuum extraction which is connected to the mouthpiece 25a, and a bypass tube 27 which is connected to the feed tube 23, and is located in the neighborhood of the mouthpieces 25a of branch tubes 25. The liquid operating part 28 is connected to a control part 31 which circulates or draws up the operating liquid. The feed tube 23 is connected to the vacuum extraction device, which includes the tubes 26 and 27, via an air extraction valve 29. The liquid in the liquid operating part 28 is circulated or is drawn up by the control part 31 and the liquids in the branch tubes 25 and the feed tubes 23 are distributed to fill up every heat pipe 2, utilizing the force of gravity. With such an arrangement, the number of valves can be decreased. |
