PURPOSE:To reduce the wear of a traveller and to enable the use for a long period by using a heat resistant Ni alloy having a specified composition. CONSTITUTION:The composition of a heat resistant Ni alloy is composed of, by weight, 15-19% Cr, 0.04-0.09% C, 0.1-0.25% Si, 0.1-0.25% Mn, 0.4-4.3% Al, 0.9-3.5% Ti, 21.6-23.7% in total of Mo, Co and Fe and the balance Ni. The Ni alloy is drawn to a prescribed cross-sectional shape and formed to the shape of a traveller. This formed body is subjected to soln. heat treatment, aged and plated. |
