PURPOSE:To ensure the complete fine displacement between two objects that require the large force by forming a main body to be set between both objects into such a cylindrical form that is symmetrical centering on an axis and expands and contracts by the temperature change and furthermore adding a temperature changing means and a controller. CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 is made of a metallic material that expands and contacts at a high temperature and a low temperature respectively together with high intensity and high rigidity and in a cylindrical shape. A heating means is provided to the inner circumferential surface of the body 1. That is, a band heater 2 is brought into contact with the entire inner circumferential surface of the body 1 and can cope with the expansion and contraction of the body 1. Then the body 1 is set between two objects via a heat insulator 3. Thus no thermal shift occurs between the body 1 and both objects. This improves both heating and cooling effects of the body 1 and also prevents the adverse influences of heating and cooling given to both materials. |
