PURPOSE:To make it possible to display various kinds and various shapes of displays using letters, pictures, etc. by providing a display section which displays no fuel, etc. based on output signals from a combustion control circuit and constituting the display section with a display plate and a liquid crystal transmitting plate. CONSTITUTION:A timer circuit 11 outputs combustion starting signal to a combustion control circuit 13 and a second arithmetic circuit 12 when a time set by operating an operation section 3 has come. The combustion control circuit 13 is constituted by a microcomputer, LSI, etc., and controls the combustion of a burner based on a sequence program which has been set up before hand, and, further, it outputs a display signal on a display section 14. The display section 14 has many illuminating means 17, 17... consisting of LED, EL, etc. arranged on the back face of a display plate 15 through a liquid crystal transmitting plate 16. The liquid crystal plate 16 is provided which makes a section that corresponds to a letter or a picture displayed on the display plate 15 of the display section 14 transparent or opaque freely in order to make the illuminating light of the illuminating means 17, 17... transmit or not transmit. With this arrangement various kinds and shapes of displays such as no fuel, etc. can be displayed in a simple way. |
