<p>PURPOSE:To attain the exact control of the age data on the individual information by updating automatically the registered age data when a retrieval command is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A retrieving time point is supplied through a keyboard and the data and the time are read through a timer circuit TM of a CPU 21. Then the retrieving time point is read out of a data base DBS storing the information on each individual. Then it is checked whether the time point of the circuit TM is smaller than the retrieving time point or not. Then the retrieving data is read out of the base DBS containing the age when the time point of the circuit TM is larger than the retrieving time point. Then it is checked whether the data read previously is coincident with a birthday contained in the retrieving data or not. If the coincidence is obtained between said data and the birthday, an age is calculated from the present data and the birthday. Then the age data is updated by '1'. Thus the stored age of each individual is automatically updated.</p> |
