PURPOSE:To provide the titled paint which gives a coating film having excellent adhesion to metal, epoxy resins, etc., by blending a specified fluoropolymer with a condensation reaction product between a silane compd. (partial hydrolyzate) and an alcohol having an epoxy group and an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:30-70mol% fluoroolefin (a) is copolymerized with 20-60mol% vinyl ether (b) and 1-25mol% organosilicon compd. (c) having an olefinically unsaturated bond and a hydrolyzable group in the presence of a radical initiator to obtain a fluoropolymer (A). Separately, a silane compd. (d) of the formula [wherein R<1> is a (cyclo)alkyl, an aryl, an aralkyl; R<2> is R<1>, allyl; n is 0-4; (4-n) OR<2> groups may be the same or different] is reacted with an alcohol(e) having an epoxy groups in the presence of a condensation catalyst to obtain a condensation reaction product (B). 100pts.wt. component A is blended with 0.1-40pts.wt. component B, on org. solvent (C) and 0-50pts.wt. component (d).
