发明名称 CHIP ALIGNING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the aligning work by conveying chips on a slant chip receiving bed made of a permeable non-magnetic material upward on the slope with a magnetic conveying means provided below and detecting/discharging unaligned chips in an aligning device of chip resistors or the like. CONSTITUTION:The bar magnet S of a magnetic conveying means 5 acts against chips 1, electrodes (a), (a) of which are facing downward, among chips 1 mounted on a chip receiving bed 3 to adsorb the chips 1. Therefore, chips 1, electrodes (a) of which are facing downward and the mark (b) facing upward, are moved upward on the slope of the receiving bed 3 by the shift of the conveying means 5 in the arrow direction. Chips 1a facing different directions from the alignment direction are detected by a detector 6, rejected by a rejecting means 7 and returned downward on the slope of the receiving bed 3. Next, chip directivity in the predetermined direction is detected 8 and directivity is corrected 9. According to this constitution, the aligning work can be facilitated.
