PURPOSE:To allow the whole visual inspection at one positio by claw-feeding along a guide having lugs guiding side faces of parts and vacuum holes provided at a fixed pitch and vertically sucking bottom faces of parts. CONSTITUTION:A feed claw 1 is repeatedly operated from an arrow (a) to (b), from (b) to (c), from (c) to (d), from (d) or (a) while vaxuuming through vacuum holes 2 to feed a part 4 by a fixed pitch P. According to this constitution, parts can be stably conveyed without using a guide cover as before, furthermore the whole visual inspection can be performed at one position.
