PURPOSE:To add a function of a message board to a CAPTAIN system and improve an using function of a terminal equipment by providing a means for inputting the message and providing a message display means for storing the inputted message, performing a data processing and displaying. CONSTITUTION:To a data processing part 15 of the CAPTAIN terminal equipment 10 connected to a switching network 11 through a telephone line l3, a key pad 17 for reading a data base or inputting the message is connected. A message key 22a of the key pad 17 is operated to have a key input waiting state and thereafter, the message is accumulated on a message accumulation part 16 through the data processing part 15 from the key pad 17. When it is desired to display the contents of the message, the person of outputting the message is selected and displayed on a picture by a function key 22 and a numerical key.
