The cover 1 has two offsets 1b, 1c at each of the ends of one of its edges 1a. A pivot 3, 4 respectively projects in each of the offsets. The pivot 3 has two oblique flats 3a, 3b, so that it can pass through a vertical groove 5a made inside the lug 7 and opening into the perforation 5, in such a way that, after the pivot 4 has been engaged in the perforation 6, the pivot 3 can be placed in the perforation 5. This operation is carried out with the cover being lowered below the horizontal, so that the two flats of the pivot 3 are in the extension of the lateral faces of the groove 5a.
