PURPOSE:To simplify structure and reduce failures by providing piezo-electric elements on the upper section and lower section of a plate spring and fixing the plate spring directly to a base and a vibrant conveying body in a parts feeder utilizing piezo-electric elements. CONSTITUTION:Piezo-electric elements E1, E2 and E3, E4 are stuck to the front and rear of a plate spring 3 fixed to a base 2. Thereby, the plate spring 3 is bent in opposite directions respectively at places stuck with piezo-electric elements E1-E4 as shown by chain lines, an inflection point P is formed to have simple harmonic motion. Therefore, the fitting angle between the plate spring 3 and a vibrant conveying body 4 can be made invariably constant, thus even if the plate spring 3 and vibrant conveying body 4 are directly fixed, occurrence of unreasonable bending stress between them can be suppressed. Accordingly, structure is simplified and failures can be prevented.
