PURPOSE:To improve the efficiencies in obtaining a constant room temperature, low-humidity low-temperature storage and low-temperature dehumidifying drying by a method wherein the amount of heating of indoor air, which is effected by the discharging heat of condensation effected in an indoor condenser, is controlled by a temperature difference between a room temperature, preset by adjusting a condensation rates in indoor and outdoor condensers, and the room temperature during operation. CONSTITUTION:Circulation is effected by the sequence of compressor 1- outdoor condenser 2- check valve 2a- indoor condenser 7- reducing device 8- evaporator 9- check 3b- accumulator 4- compressor 1. A rotating number controller 20 is incorporated into the control circuit of an outdoor fan and the rotating number control of the outdoor fan motor 22 is effected by a difference T1-T2 a room temperature T2 detected by an indoor temperature detector 21 and a set room temperature T1. A condensor is divided and the condensating rate of indoor and outdoor condensers is controlled by controlling the air flow amount of the outdoor condenser capable of changing the flow amount thereof. High-temperature refrigerant gas, discharged from the compressor 1, is passed at first through the outdoor condensor 2, thereafter, the condensating ratio in the indoor condenser 2 can be adjusted by the air flow amount control of the outdoor condenser 2 in order to pass the refrigerant gas through the indoor condenser 7, therefore, it is effective to control the heating amount of indoor air. The temperature of the inside of a room may be made constant by a humidity controller 27.
