PURPOSE:To manage employees' attendance through the use of a paging device by recording going-to and leaving times according as a receiver is connected or disconnected to an absence detection means. CONSTITUTION:When a caller places a call, a CPU 4 detects whether or not a callee's portable receiver 1m (m: 1-i) is connected to the absence detection means Em. If so, the CPU 4 notifies the caller of absence. If the receiver 1m is not connected to the absence detection means Em or the card reader 2m of a telephone set 3m, the CPU calls the receiver 1m, and simultaneously notifies the caller of calling. If the receiver 1m is connected to the card reader 2m, the CPU connects the receiver to a caller's telephone set. According as the receiver 1m is connected or disconnected to the absence detection means Em, the going-to and leaving times are recorded to manage the employees' attendance. |
