PURPOSE:To fill pulverized/granular substance so that the grain surfaces are level, by rotating a disc whose undersurface is provided with radially stretching ridges, and sinking it in rotation on the top of a bulged surface of pulverized/ granular substance formed in a cylindrical container, whose top is open. CONSTITUTION:A certain amount of pulverized/granular substance 6 is self-heat dropped into a cylindrical container 1, to form a bulged surface of pulverized/ granular substance, as shown in attached illustration. A disc 13 provided at the undersurface with vanes in the form of radially stretching ridges 13a is rotated and put on the top 6' of this pulverized/granular substance. The substance 6 in this part is also rotated and moved to the periphery within said cylindrical container 1, and now the substance 6 will be in contact with the whole area of the sunk and rotating disc 13. If here the disc 13 is lifted while rotation is held, the top of the substance will become level and uniform throughout the surface, to accomplish intended fine filling of pulverized/granular substance.
