PURPOSE:To obtain an economical data exchanging system by using a data format and a light linking system based upon the shape of a bar code of international standards. CONSTITUTION:A data transmitting and receiving part 5 has an inserting part 51 of a bar code reading device 2 to able to transmit the data equipped at a portable data collecting terminal device 1 and a light emitting part 7 and a light receiving part 8 are provided at the inserting part 51. From the light emitting part 7, the light signal of the same standards as the scanning reflecting light obtained when the bar code is scanned with a bar code reading device is sent. Through a lens 21 provided at the tip of a bar code reading device 2 to be able to send the data, the light signal, which is the same standards as this, is sent, light-received by the light receiving part 8 and by the above- mentioned light linking, the data exchanging of the data transmitting and receiving part 5 and the portable data collecting terminal equipment 1 is obtained. |
