PURPOSE:To execute the correct visual recognition by extracting an irradiation beam or a reflecting light only of slit light. CONSTITUTION:By inputting a picture video signal from a CCD camera 3 to a delaying circuit 9, a delaying signal B delayed for the prescribed time is obtained, a picture signal and a delay signal is inputted to a differential processing device and a differential signal C to differentiate the delay signal from the picture video signal is obtained. By supplying the differential signal to a positive pulse generating circuit 11 and a negative pulse generating circuit 12, a positive pulse signal D corresponding to the positive signal of the differential signal and a negative pulse signal E corresponding to the negative signal are obtained. By supplying the positive pulse signal to a delay circuit 13, a delay positive pulse signal F delayed for the prescribed time is obtained and by supplying the delayed positive pulse signal and the negative pulse signal to an AND gate 14, the place in which the pulse is generated in the positive and negative sequence, namely, only the pulse-shaped reflecting light G of a projecting laser beam can be separated and obtained.
