<p>PURPOSE:To make heating in the overall head uniform and to facilitate a temperature control by constructing each block of heating elements which are not adjacent to each other in a thermal head selecting and driving heating elements at every block. CONSTITUTION:Plural heating elements 127-138 are arrayed, and divided into plural, for instant, four blocks. The 1st-fourth blocks are composed of the group of heating elements 127, 131 and 135, that of heating elements 128, 132 and 139, that of heating elements 129, 133 and 137 and that of heating elements 130, 134 and 138, respectively, and each block consists of the elements which are not adjacent to each other. With this constitution, adjacent dots never heat simultaneously, whereby heating becomes uniform in the overall head, and a temperature control can be easily done. Moreover a heat history control is facilitated, and simultaneously the occurrence of color shading can be prevented.</p> |
