PURPOSE:To increase workability in checking and replacing of fuel cell stacks by constituting a cell accommodation building accommodating a plurality of fuel cell stackds so as to be capable of partially opening. CONSTITUTION:An surrounding plate 13 including a ceiling is separated in several pieces according to the number of fuel cell stacks, and each plate is connected and fixed with a hinge 14, a bolt 15, and a nut 16. By demounting the bolt 15 and nut 16, the surrounding plate 13 can be opened outside a cell accommodation building. A heat insulating material 18 mounted in the surrounding plate 13 is separated, and it does not hinder opening of the surrounding plate 13. |
