PURPOSE:To select any loads from the combination with plural inputs by connecting an input circuit to m-numbers of input terminals and an output FET to n-numbers of output terminals and providing a circuit with a matrix selection circuit controlled by (mXn)-numbers of control inputs. CONSTITUTION:The respective input circuits are connected to m-numbers of input terminals, and respective output FETs 4 are connected to n-numbers of output terminals, whereby the matrix selection circuit 6 controlled by (mXn)- numbers of control inputs is constituted. In the matrix selection circuit 6, transfer gates T11-Tmn selected by selection signals S11-Smn pass a signal, and select and conduct any one of plural output FETs Q1-Qn. At that time, the 2nd photodiode array 3 applies a reverse bias to the gate of the N-channel depression type FET 4 to turn off said FET 4. Thus a multicircuit and multiconnection relay selectively controlling any loads in combination with plural inputs can be constructed of a simple circuit, and the number of necessary expensive photodiodes can be reduced.
