发明名称 STRESS ANALYSIS BY FOAMED RESIN MODEL
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute a stress analysis of a composite material by using a model stuck with foamed resins which are different in density. CONSTITUTION:The part at, for example, root end of the composite material is a part 3 which is made FRM and the part at the top end is an aluminum alloy part 4. this cantilever beam has about 10mm thickness, 50mm width and 300mm length and the displacement when about 300kgf load F is exerted to the top end thereof is shown by.mark. On the other hand, the foamed resins which are different in density are used as the stress analysis model for the composite material. For example, the resin having about 0.08g/cm<3> is used for the part corresponding to the part 3 and the resin having about 0.06g/cm<3> density is used for the part corresponding to the part 4. These resins are stuck by an adhesive agent for woodworking. However, the ratio of the coefft. of elasticity between the model and the actual member is about 1/7,000 and therefore, the load F is made about 4.3gf and the displacement is shown by an x mark. The result reveals that the foamed resin model deflects like the actual member.
