PURPOSE:To realize a tuner which is thin in thickness and high in stability, by setting electrodes facing each other on both sides of a dielectric body in such a way that their earth terminals and common terminals are resectively put on opposite sides and putting shielding metallic bodies on insulating bodies covering the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The earth terminals of electrodes 6 and 7 are set in opposite directions. One of the electrodes 6 and 7 formed on the surfaces of a dielectric body 3 works as an inductor and the electrode forms a distributed constant circuit and, further, a capacitor together with the other electrode. By successively forming insulating bodies 4 and 5 and shielding metallic bodies 1 and 2 on the surfaces of the electrodes 6 and 7 formed on both sides of the dielectric body 3, the above-mentioned inductor and capacitor are electrostatically or electromagnetically shielded from the outside.
