PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the concn. distribution of particles distributed in a non-uniform state or the temp. distribution of gas, by detecting the intensity of beam transmitted through a gaseous field, the intensity of two-wavelength beam to a Na D line region radiated from the gaseous field and the intensity of two- wavelength beam of the Na D line region contained in synthetic beam of transmitted laser beam and beam radiated from the gaseous field. CONSTITUTION:A gaseous field is irradiated with laser beam and the concn. information of particles suspended on a light path is calculated from data of transmission attenuation characteristic of laser beam in a gaseous field and, next, the intensity information of two-wavelength beam of a Na D line wing region emitted from the gaseous field is calculated. Further, beam of the Na D line region is allowed to irradiate the gaseous field to take in the intensity information of two-wavelength beam of the Na D line wing region contained in synthetic beam of the transmitted beam and the beam emitted from the gaseous field. Next, these five informations are taken-in with respect to a multi-direction and said data are subjected to computer tomography operational processing to make it possible to calculate the temp. of gas at an arbitrary position. |
