发明名称 HINGE SHAFT CONFINING METHOD FOR FUEL LID
摘要 PURPOSE:To make a hinge shaft confinable in an insertion groove with only welding motion of an ultrasonic weld horn, by installing a covering piece bendably in one end edge of a ceiling piece forming the insertion groove in which the hinge shaft is fitted. CONSTITUTION:A rising piece 2 is solidly formed in an inner surface of a plastic fuel lid body 1, and a ceiling piece 3, which installs an insertion groove 11, insetting a hinge shaft 12 almost tightly in this rising piece 2, in the underside, is installed in making it project in a horizontal direction. Projection length of this ceiling piece 3 should be set to that equal to an outer diameter in the horizontal direction of the hinge shaft 12, and the projection tip edge 4 is formed into almost verticality to the inner surface of the body 1. In addition, a covering piece 6 having a connecting piece 5 beneath the projection tip edge 4 is projected in the horizontal direction, then a right-angled triangular welding piece 10 is projected to a lower part of the projection end face 9. And, the covering piece 6 is bent from the connecting piece 5 by an ultrasonic weld horn and welding takes place, whereby confinement of the hinge shaft 12 inside the groove 11 should be done.
