PURPOSE:To attain analog signal processing with high accuracy by providing a clamping circuit to clamp plural correcting signals converted from respective color signals to the same reference level together. CONSTITUTION:Clamping circuits 125d, 125e, 125f and 26d, 126e, 126f are provided which correct, on the basis of the ground level, the output signal of inverting amplifiers 125a, 125b, 125c and 126a, 126b, 126c so that the level of the reference black level signal in color separated Cy, G and Ye signals can be detected and the level can come to be the prescribed ground level. By the way, in a matrix amplifier 130, when the matrix calculation is executed, respective calculating input signals need to have the same reference value. For such a reason, the output level of the inverting amplifiers 125a, 125b, 125c and 126a, 126b, 126c is corrected so as to attain the output level (output level of reference black level signal) of a light shielding part in a CCD output signal to the prescribed reference level (ground level) by the clamping circuits 125d, 125e, 125f and 126d, 126e, 126f.
