PURPOSE:To stabilize various characteristics of a speaker by fitting an oscillating system unit consisting of a diaphragm, a voice coil, a washer and a ring into a position adjusted by a guide. CONSTITUTION:The plural guides 1 are fixed on an upper surface of a plate 2 by using a center gauge 11, a ceramic circuit is formed by the plate 2, a magnet 3, and a centerpole 4 and the oscillating system unit consisting of the diaphragm 5, the voice coil 6, the washer 7 and the ring 8 is fitted into the position adjusted by the guide 1. Thereby, a small quantity of the material of the plate 2 is required, and the formation of the guide 1 on the plate 2 is extremely simple, so that its production cost is decreased and a concentricity of an inner circumference of the guide 1 and the center pole 4 can be maintained highly accrately, so that the guide 1 can hold the oscillating system unit with high accuracy and the variance in the various characteristics of the speaker can be eliminated.
