Furniture hinge (10) with a body fixing part (18) which is coupled pivotably to a door-wing fixing part (24) by means of an articulated mechanism (20; 22) and which is itself fastened removably and adjustably to a mounting element (26) which can be attached to the body of a piece of furniture. The mounting element has a bottom wall (64) which can be fastened to an associated wall surface (16) of the body and from which two side walls and a transverse wall (68) closing the interspace formed between the side walls and located at the end of the inside of the body project at right angles at a lateral distance from one another. The body fixing part (18) is guided in the interspace between the side walls so as to be displaceable essentially at right angles to the bottom wall and is adjustable in its distance from the bottom wall by means of a setscrew (54) which is coupled to the mounting element (26) so as to be rotatable, but non-displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the setscrew. In contrast, the setscrew is in threaded engagement with the body fixing part directly or indirectly via an interposed component (pivoting block 40). <IMAGE>
