PURPOSE:To attain an error detection even to the error of plural bits by providing a data conversion storage circuit, a conversion data storage means and an output fault detection means thereby applying the error check of code conversion and a conversion data. CONSTITUTION:When an old conversion data and a converted data are given as the address of a memory device 1, the 1st data of the device 1 and an error are outputted after the access time of the device 1. The data is held in a data storage circuit 2 by using the clock of a timing generating circuit 3. The error is neglected by this access. When the data stored in the data storage circuit 2 is given again as an address input to the device 1, the 2nd data and an error output are outputted after the access time of the device 1. The 2nd error output is stored in an error storage circuit 4 by using the clock of the timing generation circuit 3 and reflected on the error output. The output of the circuit 4 is inputted to the circuit 3 and when the error output is active, the clock output is stopped. |
