<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a belt slip from occurring as well as to reduce vibrations and noises in a car body, by controlling the extent of line pressure so as to be set to minimum allowable pressure at the time of clutch release, in case of a device which has such a clutch that is released at the speed lower than the setting car speed. CONSTITUTION:A device bearing the above caption calculates the value of desired line pressure from engine torque and transmission gear ratio at a control unit 40 and controls a solenoid valve 27, while energizes a clutch current, going up according to an increase of engine speed at the starting, to a clutch coil 2a of a solenoid type clutch. In this case, there is provided with a line pressure compensation part 64 at the output side of a desired line pressure calculating part 54 in a line pressure control system. Also, there is provided with a clutch release judging part 65 at the output side of an operational part 62 in a clutch control system. And, when it comes to less than the setting car speed and clutch release is judged, the line pressure is made so as to be set to the minimum allowable pressure being yet lower than in case of the minimum of the transmission gear ratio by the line pressure compensation part 64.</p> |
