<p>PURPOSE:To prevent duplicated registration and to register much information in a limited storage capacity by comparing input information with the information registered already, informing the result when the content is the same so as to instruct the cancellation of the input information or re-registration. CONSTITUTION:In applying a data by a registered item flag, when a numeral representing the item flag is inputted, the data is compared with the flag data from a data storage section 14 by a comparison judging section 11. When an identical data is found out as a result, a flag data corresponding to a numerical data is displayed on a data display section 171 of a display section 17. That is, each general item data and the number of an item flag are displayed as symbols and a point having a flag is discriminated. Further, a data in a flag comment storage section 15 is moved sequentially in a display buffer 9 and displayed as a data list of the flag. Thus, the undesire duplicated registration of the same data is prevented by cancelling the input data or applying re- registration.</p> |
