PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of use and to miniaturize the titled device by providing inclinably a television accommodating case in the upper and lower directions and providing the case and a keyboard accommodating case integrally and rotatably in the right and left directions, of a stationary stand. CONSTITUTION:When the direction of a television screen and a key operating surface is changed in the right and left directions, matched to the front surface of a person, the right side surface of the left side surface of a television unit accommodating case 3 or a keyboard unit accommodating case 6 is pushed, a circular arc-shaped male type guide 7 of the bottom surface of the case 3 and a circular arc-shaped female type guide 10 of the upper surface of the keyboard unit accommodating case 6 are fitted, and therefore, together with the case 3, the keyboard unit accommodating case 6 is rotated in the left direction or the right direction with a circular projected part 13 of the upper surface of a stationary stand 4 fitted to a circular recessed groove 5 of the bottom surface of the pertinent case 6 as the center, the direction of the television screen and the key operating surface is changed in the right and left directions and can be matched to the front surface of the person. The position of a circular arc-shaped protruded surface and a circular arc-shaped recessed surface 15, a square guide hole 8 and an axial part 16, the circular arc-shaped male type guide 7 and circular arc-shaped female type guide 10, the circular recessed groove 5 and the circular projected part 13 and a circular protruded part 17 and a circular hole 18 may be mutually changed.
