摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a belt slip from occurring in an accurate manner, by detecting a sudden change in engine torque and transmission gear ratio with a variation in throttle opening, while increasing the desired line pressure temporarily at the time of sudden speedup at the accelerating side, and decreasing it by degrees afterward. CONSTITUTION:In case of a device which calculates the value of desired line pressure from engine torque and transmission gear ratio at a control unit 40, and controls the extent of line pressure by operating a line pressure control valve (unillustrated herein) with a solenoid valve 27 controlled, there is provided with a throttle opening variation detecting part 60 detecting a throttle opening variation dtheta/dt. And, when it comes to ¦dtheta/dt¦>alpha, a sudden change in the engine torque and the transmission gear ratio is judged by a sudden change judging part 62 and judged as acceleration by an acceleration judging part 64, the desired line pressure is corrected to the higher side as long as the specified time by a line pressure compensation part 66. Afterward, on the basis of a dropped speed by a desired line pressure drop speed regulating part 65, the desired line pressure is made so as to be decreased by degrees.
