Dihydropyridine derivs. of formula (I) and their physiologically acceptable salts are new, where R1 = H or 1-4C alkyl; R2 = H, 1-6C alkyl or phenyl (1-3C)alkyl, (the ring opt. substd. by N atom or by 1-3C alkyl, 1-3C alkoxy, OH or halo); or R1 and R2 together complete pyrrolidino, piperidino, hexamethyleneimino, morpholino, thiomorpholino (and S- oxide or S,S-dioxide) or piperazino (opt. N-methyl or N-phenyl substd.); alk = CH2 or CH2CH2; R3 and R4 = 1-6C alkyl or alkoxyalkyl; R5 = 1-4C alkyl; R6 = 1-13C alkyl, 5-8C cycloalkyl (opt. substd. by 1-3C alkyl) or H; R7 = halo, H or 1-3C alkyl. |
