PURPOSE:To increase energy efficiency of the total system by ensuring a large amount of recycling fuel by arranging a flow rate detector, a current detector, and a computing element without increasing water vapor pressure in fuel introduced from a fuel electrode inlet of fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate detector 51 is arranged in the inlet line of a fuel electrode 11A and detects the flow rate of fuel flowing in the line. A current detector 50 detects an output current level of the fuel cell. The second controller 52 inputs a detected flow rate signal (f) detected with the flow rate detector 51 and a detected current signal (i) detected with the current detector 50 into a computing element 53 to perform functional calculus, and gives a calculation signal (t) to the first controller 31 as a setting temperature signal 35. Thereby, a large amount of recycling fuel exhaust gas in ensured independent of the load of cell without increasing water vapor pressure in exhaust fuel introduced from the inlet of a fuel electrode 11A. As a result, energy efficiency in the total system is increased. |
