Part ring or part rings, made dish-shaped with a "dish" bottom connecting the hub positively to the tread in a manner closed essentially over the entire surface and spokelessly, for a farm roller, such as a star or prism or Cambridge roller and the like, for consolidating agricultural soils and for the comminution of clods, of which a plurality are mounted parallel to one another on a common axle and held axially against one another and the annular tread of which is designed so as preferably to be fitted with prism-shaped teeth or otherwise shaped teeth, the tips of which are located on a common rotation-circle diameter and are provided with flanks descending outwards on both sides from a plane perpendicular to the common axle, each roller ring being composed of two part rings of equal effective tooth height, which are separated from one another in the plane perpendicular to the axle and of which one part ring is mounted by means of a hub on the common axle and is held by means of a laterally projecting spacer bush at a distance from the adjacent respective part ring of identical design, and the other part rings having a larger rotation-circle diameter and being respectively guided by means of a sleeve corresponding to the larger inside diameter so as to be radially movable on the spacer bush assigned to the first part ring and with axial play between two adjacent first part rings.
