The attachment intended for the automatic work change in numerically controlled multi-operation machine tools contains pallets or satellites (5, 6) which are mounted on the feed table (3) and the work table (1) of the machine tool and can be rotated by means of spring-mounted drivers (9, 10) through 180 DEG about the shaft (8), which is connected to a toothed rack (25) of a reversing gear. In addition, the attachment includes a power cylinder (28) which is fitted concentrically to the shaft (8) and is connected to the latter. Provided in the satellites (5, 6) are bores (14) and arranged coaxially to the latter are holders (11) which are fitted in the bottom leg (18) of each driver (9, 10). <IMAGE>
