PURPOSE:To prevent influence of magnetism on a magnetic recording card, etc. by fixing a fitting member consisting of non-magnetic metal where a couple of legs for bending are protruded in the same direction to the plate formed like a seat plate with the surface of the seat plate closely attached to the rear surface of attracting surface of ferro-magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:The plate part 3b of ferro-magnetic material 3 is attracted by the magnetic pole surface b of female device a through a case 4, and the protruded rod 3a and the protruded rod 2a of ferro-magnetic material 2 are collided and attracted to each other at the end portions thereof within a hole 1a of permanent magnet 1. The line of magnetic force of magnetic pole surfaces a, b is concentrated to the plate parts 2b, 3b of ferro-magnetic materials 2, 3, and this magnetic flux is guided to the protruded rod parts 2a, 3a to form a magnetic circuit, thereby obtaining an effective attracting force. Since the fitting material is formed by non-magnetic metal as explained previously, when it is attached to a bag, etc., the magnetic force of permanent magnet does not leak into the interior of bag with the leg portion of such fitting materials used as the magnetic path.
