PURPOSE:To detect plural phenomena by a single sensor at the same time by detecting ultramicro-pressure variation by an ultramicro-pressure sensor and supplying its sensor voltage to (n) filters in common. CONSTITUTION:One of sensor outputs obtained from electrodes of the pressure sensor 1 is supplied to an adder and the other is supplied to a temperature compensating circuit 5; and the compensated output of the sensor 10 is obtained from the adder 7. the sensor output which is band-limited by a filter 11 is supplied to (n) filters and (n) signal detection systems are provided corresponding to the filters. For examples, the filter of a signal detecting system 20 detects a dynamic pressure phenomenon, the filter 31 of a signal detection system 30 detects a sudden phenomenon, and the filter 41 of a signal detection system 40 detects static pressure and a dynamic pressure phenomenon close to it respectively. A signal detection system 50 is for obtaining a linear output. Consequently, sensors need not be installed by as many as information sources and the control is facilitated.
