PURPOSE:To form easily an image of a picture displayed on a cathode-ray rube at low cost by projecting and exposing the picture, which is displayed on the display screen of the cathode-ray tube, on a photosensitive material face having a photosensitive layer on a reflective supporting body and developing this image. CONSTITUTION:Sheet-shaped photosensitive materials 2 loaded to a photosensitive material supply cassette 1 are taken out one by one and are carried by a carrying device 4 and are inserted to a plate holder part 5 and are so stopped that the lower half is placed in an exposure position. Meanwhile, the picture to be recorded is displayed on a CRT 7 on a basis of a picture signal sent from a picture signal output device. The image of the picture on the CRT 7 is formed on the surface of the photosensitive material in the plate holder 5, and a shutter 10 is opened and closed to expose the lower half of the photosensitive materia. Next, the photosensitive material is dropped to the position of a stopper 11, and the second picture is exposed on the upper half. After exposure, the photosensitive material is accumulated in a receiving cassette 12. Accumulated photosensitive materials are developed to obtain objective image recorded matters.
