PURPOSE:To add the function of a portable apparatus to the radio transmitting and receiving function by emitting the reproduced output from the portable apparatus set to an equipment body from a speaker of the equipment body and recording transmission and reception contents of the equipment body. CONSTITUTION:A tape recorder 6 is set to the equipment body, and terminals 27-34 are connected. A control part 11 outputs a signal S8 by a signal S4 of a mode switching circuit 24, which is outputted when a reproducing button is operated, to switch a switch 26 to the side of a contact (b), and an information signal read by a recording and reproducing head 23 is amplified by a low frequency amplifier 25 and is emitted from a speaker 3 through the switch 26. Control signals S9 and S10 which are outputted by a signal S5 of the circuit 24, which is outputted when a recording button is operated, close switches 36 and 37, and transmission/reception information is recorded through the switch 37/36 by the head 23. In the reproducing mode, the signal S9 is set to the transmission side by signals S1 and S11 outputted by the control part 11, and a switch 38 is closed to amplify information, which is read by the head 23, by an amplifier 25, and information is transmitted through switches 38 and 19, a PLL Part 16, a transmitting part 22, and an antenna 8.
