PURPOSE:To perform automatized production, by forming, resin-impregnating, and heat-hardening a conductor, after the conductor is wound up with an insulating tape with wholly aromatic polyamide paper and heat-proof film put together with the bonding agent of a specified resin composition. CONSTITUTION:A linear conductor is wound up with an insulating tape with heat-proof film and wholly aromatic polyamide paper including 5-30wt% of the total weight of a desired tape, adhered together with the bonding agent of a resin composition essential with epoxy resin, the aluminum compound of the catalytic quantity of a potential curing catalyst, and an organic silicon compound having the hydrolysis base of a catalytic quantity. After that, the linear conductor wound up with the adhered insulating tape with the compositions put together is bent in a desired coil shape, and after that, the conductor is impregnated with a resin composition for impregnation consisting of epoxy resin and acid anhydride curing agent and is heat-hardened at approx. 150 deg.C to complete an electrical insulating coil.
