发明名称 SELF-OSCILLATION SUPPRESSING DEVICE FOR COMBUSTION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent production of self-oscillation even during operation at a low flow rate, by a method wherein a volume resonant frequency, determined by the volume of a pipeline on the outlet side running from the outlet of a pressure regulating device such as proportional control valves to resistor having pores, coincides with the self- oscillating frequency of the pressure regulating device. CONSTITUTION:With relation to burner nozzle 7, a resistor 12 having pores is located in a pipeline 11 on the outlet on the output side. A relation between the pores and the volume of a pipeline running from the outlet of a pressure regulating device 1 to a resistor 12 forms a volume resonant frequency which coincides with the self-oscillating frequency of the pressure regulating device 1. When primary vibration such as disturbance occurs to the valve part of the pressure regulating device 1, the influence produces a pressure wave, which is propagated within the line 11 on the outlet side and produces a reflecting wave at the resistor 12 due to a change in a sectional area and returns to the upper stream side. In which case, a frequency component, centering around the volume resonant frequency determined by the pores in the resistor 12 and the volume of the line on the outlet side, conducts reciprocating movement at the pore part and produces heat energy to be dissipated, and is almost kept from being contained in a reflecting component. This enables prevention of oscillation of the pressure regulating device 1.
