PURPOSE:To aim at simplification in the structure of an actuator, by connecting an interval between a valve gear and a nonpressure chamber of an air cylinder with a rubber-make joint and a pipe member and thereby forming an exhaust passage, while solidly forming a check valve, capable of discharging compressed air to the outside, in the joint as one body. CONSTITUTION:An opening 130 of an air cylinder 6 interconnecting valve gears 91 and 104 and another opening 131 installed at the side of a nonpressure chamber 30 of the air cylinder 6 are connected by an exhaust pipe 11 and rubber- make joints 105 and 106 whereby an exhaust passage is formed. Each part to be fitted in the exhaust pipe 11 of these rubber-make joints 105 and 106 is formed in thin parts 108 and 110, and functioned as a check valve which makes compressed air dischargable to the outside. With this constitution, the check valve is not required to be installed separately in the air cylinder 6 so that the whole lot of an actuator is simplified in terms of structure. |
