PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition which can give an injection molding which is transparent, excellent in impact resistance and low in warpage, comprising a specified block copolymer and a specified styrene polymer. CONSTITUTION:60-95wt% vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon is copolymerized with 40-5wt% conjugated diene in the presence of an organolithium compound initiator in a hydrocarbon solvent to obtain a block copolymer (A) represented by any one of formulas I-IV (wherein A and A' are each a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon polymer block and B and B' are each a conjugated diene homopolymer block and/or a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon/conjugated diene copolymer block) and having a ratio of the weight-average MW to the number- average MW of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon polymer block of 1.2-2.0, a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon content in B-A segment of 75-97wt% and a MI of 0.1-100g/10min. 95-5wt% component A is melt-kneaded with 5-95pts.wt. rubber-(non)modified styrene polymer (B) (e.g., PS) and, optionally, additives (C) such as a reinforcement, pigment, mold release and flame retardant.
