PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a separator caused by excessively increasing the flow amount by mistake to enhance safety, by making it possible to easily judge whether there is room for increasing the flow amount when the flow amount of the separator during operation is ready to be increased. CONSTITUTION:Inventory 20 is calculated by integrating a supply flow amount and the flow amount deviation 13 between the flow amount 11 of a concentrate stream and the flow amount 12 of a decrease stream by an integrator 60 and a wall pressure signal 30 is calculated from said inventory 20 and a body temp. 40 by an operator 70. Subsequently, on the basis of said wall pressure signal 30, a judge device 80 judges the extent a flow amount is near to the stream pressure corresponding to the body temp. 40 and, when the difference reaches a definite value or less, a judge signal 50 is generated. Because it can be easily judged whether the flow amount can be allowed to be further increased from the present operative state, operation damaging a separator by mistake in the operation of the separator can be prevented.
