PURPOSE:To reduce the dissipation and consumption of thermal energy and efficiently heat and roast boiled fish paste with board, by providing a heating chamber by irradiation with far infrared rays and a roasted color forming heating chamber by irradiation with infrared rays one after another in a boiled fish paste transferring part of a transferring conveyor laid in the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:A gas infrared ray burner 2 is provided below the base part of a boiled fish paste transferring part of a conveyor belt 1 and a heating chamber 4 having far infrared ray heaters 3 are provided in front of the burner 2. The boiled fish paste is heated with radiant heat of far infrared rays at 4-8mu wavelength and 300-400 deg.C surface temperature in the heating chamber 4. A heating chamber 6 for giving roasted color to the surface of the boiled fish paste by an infrared ray burner 5 is provided in front of the heating chamber 4. |
