PURPOSE:To make it possible to make a clamper hose shorter, by forming, in one side surface or upper surface of a pallet, the coupling opening of a clamped hose of a clamper for clamping a workpiece on then pallet. CONSTITUTION:A projection 81 in which a passage 82 is formed to pierce therethrough, is formed projecting from the surface of a rotary table 80 in the center section of the rotary table 80. Further, an opening 91 into which the projection 81 is adapted to be fitted is formed in the corresponding part of a pallet 90, and is communicated with an opening for connection with a clamper hose in the upper surface of the pallet. Further, when the pallet is seated on the rotary table, the projection 81 is fitted in the lower side opening 91 of the pallet 90. The passage 82 formed in the projection 81 is communicated with an annular chamber 83 defined between the rotary table 80 and a fastening plate 95 so that the pallet 90 may be seated on and secured to the rotary table. |
