PURPOSE:To make it possible to parallel move a table, by coupling the table with a frame through the intermediary of two parallel first links having an equal length, and by coupling the frame with a stool through the intermediary of two parallel second links having an equal length. CONSTITUTION:A table 2 is coupled with a frame 3 through the intermediary of two parallel first links 5 having an equal length, and the frame 3 is coupled with a stool 1 through the intermediary of two parallel second links 6 having an equal length. The table 2 is driven by a first linear motor composed of a first armature 7 provided on the table 2 and a first stator 8 provided on the frame 3, and the frame 3 is driven by a second linear motor composed of a second stator 10 provided on the frame 3. Pads 3 are attached to the lower surfaces of the table 2 and the frame 3. With this arrangement, the table 2 may be parallel moved to an arbitrary position on the stool 1. |
