PURPOSE:To carry out a large quantity of barrel polishing and permit the uniform polishing by constituting a polishing and permit the uniform polishing by constituting a polishing jig from a wire member which penetrates through a bored workpiece and a spacer set between the workpieces and revolving the polishing jig in the normal and reverse directions, thus eliminating the bad influences such as the breakage due to the collision of workpieces. CONSTITUTION:The hole 14 on a disc 9 is fitted onto a male screw part 12, penetrating through a cylindrical spacer 16 and a tip 5 from the top edge of a tip holding rod 11, and an insertion hole 15 is fitted onto the top edge of the tip holding rod 11, and a nut 17 is fixed onto the male screw part 12 through screwing, and installing of the tip 5 and the assembly of a jig are carried out. The jig is set into a barrel tank, and a shaft 13 is positioned in parallel to a rotary shaft, and operation is performed. Then, the jig revolves, following the revolution of the barrel tank, and the tip 5 is polished by the polishing agent which revolution-flows. At this time, the tip 5 is separated by a spacer 16, and collision and breakage can be prevented. After the one-directional revolution polishing, the direction of revolution is switched, and the polished part of the tip 5 can be uniformly polished free from the one-sided polishing. |
