PURPOSE:To perform automatized production, by forming, heating, and pressure- forming a conductor, after wholly aromatic polyamide composite paper and heat-proof film are adhered together with a specified resin composition and a linear conductor is wound up with the paper and the film. CONSTITUTION:An insulating tape with wholly aromatic polyamide composite paper and heat-proof film put together with a resin composition of 25-60wt% essential with epoxy resin, acid anhydride, aluminum compound and organic silicon compound, to the total weight of a desired insulating tape is formed. A linear conductor is wound up with the insulating tape, and the insulating conductor is bent in the desired shapes of half turn coils, turtle-back type coils or the like, and after that, by heating and pressure-forming the conductor, an electrical insulating coil is formed.
